Fucking statue, technically I think it's called a "Bust" of Stalin. The weirdest thing about it is that as I was driving by it it totally reminded me of Derrick from LA Direct, weird. Seriously though, the profile totally looks like him. If you look carefully on the top left corner of the "Bust" you can see the hammer & sickle, a sign of the old Soviet Union.
