So yesterday I went to the first Kundalini Yoga class and let me tell you this. That shit kicks your ass! I ran into my friend Danielle the other night at Crazy Girls. Blah, Blah, Blah, I'm a dirty whore $30- dollars on drinks, 1 lap dance and 24 hours later I'm sweating my ass off in that damn class with her. Fucking-A! I feel really good but something weird happened. I thing I awoke my inner de-tox because last night I was sweating like a whore in church. Seriously, I woke up at like 7am this morning and was soaked! I literally went to the bathroom and dried off with a towel. Took of my shorts and shirt and threw on something else to wear. It's like I had the flu but totally didn't. Today I still kinda feel la little weird but I feel like a weight has been lifted off me. Noot to get too deep on a porn blog & shit. But to quote James Brown "I feeeeeeeeeel good."
